Before filing a formal claim, both sides agree to first try good-faith informal resolution through written notice and a 30-day negotiation period.
11.2 Arbitration option and class waiver
Where enforceable, disputes not resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. You and Liberty Vanguard waive any right to participate in class actions, consolidated proceedings, or representative claims, except where prohibited by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. We may also revise content, features, or pricing structures as needed for operations, compliance, or business changes.
13. Termination
